The house was designed by Byron Bay Arkishop architects and built by Swiss builder August Bauer. We are also fortunate to be surrounded by over thousands of acres of National Park and SEQ Water Reserve. The property balances privacy and proximity while being it's own oasis of peace with only a short drive to the hustle & bustle of city living on the Gold Coast.

This incredible setting with its endless spectacular vistas and unsurpassed natural habitat has allowed us a holistic lifestyle. From the comfort of our 3 bedroom with loft contemporary home, befitting into the natural environment of the rolling hills, we have enjoyed our 4km bush walking tracks, horse back riding, mountain biking. We relax in the spa with sunrise and sunset views. There is also a free-standing Yoga Studio which has been a source for replenishing our energy through meditation, reflection and practicing Yoga. We shared this special place with friends & our beatutiful community of 10 Nimmelites. We have, in fact, created our own small Wellness Oasis. The Yoga Studio with its own bathroom can be used as another bedroom or granny flat. Situated approx. 450 metres above sea-level, you benefit from cooler temperatures and can enjoy your crackling fireplace. 

122'000 litres filtered rain water, apart from our personal use, also help to maintain our organic, raised garden beds as well as our orchard. The house is powered by a hybrid system, solar, batteries and from the grid. The working shed also includes a horse stable. There are ample opportunities for the new owner to adapt the house and property to their infinite imagination to create their own Wellness Retreat. This natural and minimalistic living in harmony with nature suited the two of us; living a simple, organic sustainable life style without forgoing all the creature comforts.
