- 42 000L storage in the dairy (for raw milk), 8 500L in the milk factory (for processed milk only)
- 110kva backup generator – runs dairy, milk cooling, factory and the 4 houses. 
- 77kw solar power – 50kw on the dairy/farm and 27kw on the milk factory

Milk factory:
- Processing capacity of 70 000L / week or 10 000L / day (Council approved). Some improvements necessary to reach this level
- Currently processing 20 000L / week (including yoghurt and cheeses) with genuine potential to expand

- Facilities to homogenise in the factory (currently unused)
