From the moment we first stood on this block of land, we felt something very special - and now, after creating a home filled with love, laughter, and warmth, it's time to pass it on to the next family who will hopefully feel just the same.

Welcome to our home in The Arbour, a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood that has been our sanctuary. Tucked away just minutes from Burleigh Beach, with easy M1 access and top schools close by, we knew we'd found a place where lifestyle and convenience came together in the best possible way.

Our home has been thoughtfully designed to cater for busy family life while offering all the modern comforts that make everyday living easier and more enjoyable. We've truly loved the multiple living areas, especially the open-plan downstairs zone that spills seamlessly into the alfresco and pool area-our favourite spot to gather. Whether it's summer or winter, this space has been our go-to. On cold winter mornings, the warm sunlight fills the alfresco and living area, making it the perfect place for a quiet coffee. And in summer, the shaded outdoor space with its ceiling fan has been a blessing-cool, breezy, and perfect for barbeques and drinks with family and friends.

The pool has been one of the best additions we made, countless hours of fun for the kids and plenty of relaxation for us. The concreting around the home, including the extended driveway and pathways leading right through to the alfresco, has made life beautifully low-maintenance. No mess, everything clean and tidy, and so much more usable space for entertaining, storage, and day-to-day life.

We've also added a 13.2kW solar system with 30 panels, which has made a huge difference to our electricity bills, something we're very thankful for especially in summer. The home's layout has served our large family so well. Each person has had their own space to retreat to, with multiple living zones both upstairs and down. The upstairs living space has been a peaceful, cosy area for quiet nights and movie marathons.

Storage was a huge priority for us, and we made sure to maximise it. Every bedroom has generous sized robes, and we'll honestly miss our three-door linen cupboard upstairs and the fantastic wrap-around under-stairs storage. These details have made life with a big family feel effortlessly organised.

Of course, with the home being a relatively new build, all the builder's warranties and insurances are still in place, which gives great peace of mind for whoever comes next.

If we could take one thing with us, it would be the unbeatable location and the incredibly functional layout of the home. It's suited every season of life, growing kids, entertaining friends, quiet mornings, and everything else in between.

We hope this home brings you as much joy as it has brought us. It's more than just a house-it's been a place where we've made unforgettable memories, shared love and laughter, and truly felt at home.
