The block can't be built on, but it does give you a privately located block, still walking distance to the beach, and yours alone!  no more noisy neighbours pulling their van up far to close to you, no more jostling to fit into our camp area's, just you and those you want with you.

Plenty of room for you vans or tents, a fire pit, and all the other camping luxuries.  There is an opportunity to at some point secure the other block that forms part of this tenement, and at such time you would be able to build.
