'East Arm' is without a doubt the prime logistical and warehousing location in Darwin. Located only 8.23 radial kilometres east of Darwin's CBD and 7.6 radial kilometres west Palmerston's CBD with expedient access via Berrimah Road to both Tiger Brennan Drive and the Stuart Highway to facilitate access both into Darwin City and onto the national highway heading south. East Arm and 'Darwin Port' offer access to the 'sea port', passenger and freight rail and has excellent heavy vehicle access and 'Way Bridge'. This site is at the eastern end of O'Sullivan Cct. On the northern side of the road, just before the rail freight terminal. 
This area is easily access from the port for incoming products and also by road for product that are to be exported from the Darwin Port or to be distributed around Darwin.  
 
67 O'Sullivan Cct is a 30,300 square metres 'Development' zoned parcel of land, and includes 184 metres of frontage to O'Sullivans Cct. The side boundaries are 249 metres on the western side and 267 metres on the eastern side and the block tapers in at the back to a rear boundary of 57 metres.  

This site is unique in that it is the only block that adjoins the rail freight terminal, I understand that there is a possibility to be able to load directly to the trains at the freight terminal from this site.
