This property is located just 34 kilometres west of Ceduna and only 6 kms off the Eyre Highway or access via the Denial Bay road. Just 16 kilometres from the property to the coast, as the crow flies.  After many years of farming it's time for these Vendors to retire.  The Vendors have subdivided 17.95 hectares (44.4 acres), retaining the existing house and most of the shedding.
