It artfully combines mid-century brutalism, art deco elegance, and Mediterranean influences, creating a distinctive yet cohesive experience that stands out while honouring the neighbourhoods architectural heritage.

The facade’s curved structure and thoughtfully placed apertures filter light naturally, while lush landscaping introduces a softness that complements the home’s clean palette. A rendered double garage ensures the street appeal remains uncompromised, harmonising with the overall elevation.  

Entering, you’re welcomed by a striking blend of textures and curves, from the Noce Eschilo travertine flooring to the flowing lines of a sunken 70s-inspired living room, amplified by rust-toned carpet and a show stopping curved staircase.  Formed on-site with artisan precision, the sculptural staircase exemplifies Sweep House's commitment to detail.

The kitchen embodies minimalist elegance, centered by a faceted island and accented by an angular built-in bar, flowing seamlessly into a scullery. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the living and kitchen areas in natural light, while strategically placed skylights create a sense of openness throughout. The alfresco features a circular skylight over a mature tree, enhancing the tropical ambiance by the pool with its custom daybed, creating an oasis perfect for relaxation or entertainment. The outdoor area also features a Pilates studio and a sauna.

Upstairs, the master suite is a true sanctuary, with wall-to-wall drapery, a walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite adorned in travertine and illuminated by skylights. A connected outdoor terrace extends the living space, ideal for private moments or enjoying the cityscape. Beyond the rumpus room, two additional bedrooms each offer ensuite bathrooms and open onto an internal terrace. These rooms are structurally fragmented outwards, as if being drawn towards the Northern aspect of the home.
