Fifty Eight Porter Street is informed by a series of guiding pillars to make an impact, to embrace local living and to be consciously green.  

The building’s refined articulation and detailing establishes a dynamic architecture that engages with its surrounds. Concrete and brick on the upper levels integrates with the more industrial context, while the warm tones and planter boxes provide a residential aesthetic.

Taking cues from the fluidity of wrapping and folding fabric, the curved design nods to Prahran’s history as a fashion and textile precinct. Meanwhile, the recessed ground floor and sloped upper levels create a sense of openness and space which expands the pocket park.

Views soar across St Kilda Road to the city from the landscaped rooftop, where zoned spaces for private gatherings are set back from the outdoor kitchen and barbeque area.
