Created by Urban DC and with architecture by Fraser & Partners, Harbour Frankston is inspired by the area's rich maritime heritage. 

The building's organic form is a controlled expression of the pattern of the waves that lap the nearby foreshore. Its architectural design allows every residence to enjoy magnificent views from generous balconies, inviting light, nature and breath taking vistas into the home.

The interior design of the residences is inspired by the idea of a luxurious sea voyage, combining the grandeur of seamless views with premium materials and a relaxed aesthetic. 

Three residence types are available: Lagoon Villas, Anchorage Apartments and the Marina Penthouse Collection. Each residence is available in two colour schemes: the Ocean Mist scheme features a cool palette of greys, light brown timber and blue leather details, while the Seagrass scheme is marked by slighter warmer hues.
