Approximately 590 ha of forested country is currently in agricultural use. Pasture Management "Te-Angie's" pastures generally comprise of improved species in the south and a more native-based mix in the north of the property. The improved areas have a sound history of fertiliser applications over the years. Water Resources Water security is proven at "Te-Angie". In addition to strategically positioned dams, the property has frontage to Copes Creek, Fishington Creek and Dead Horse Creek. A reliable reticulation system underpins this stock water supply. Pumps, header tanks and concrete troughs with concrete aprons are deployed throughout the property. This water resource withstood the 2019 drought. Rainfall Northern New South Wales has a summer-dominant rainfall pattern. More locally, the eastern side of New England tends to have drier springs than autumns. The opposite tends to be the case "west of the highway". Official records kept since 1885 show annual mean rainfall of 909 mm at Wongwibinda, 6 km from "Te-Angie".
