• Modern irrigation infrastructure, with water supplied by a combination of 12 underground bores, eight of which are equipped with solar submersible pumps that supply two 22* megalitre storage dams, underpinned by a 4,875* megalitre groundwater entitlement which is shared across the two properties. 

• Structures include a packing shed, cool room, site office, several machinery and storage sheds, irrigation sheds, workshops and a staff accommodation complex. 


Key features of Boston Park (1276 Sappers Road, Nilgen WA 6044) include: 

• 170.01* hectares planted to the Hass variety between 2020 and 2023 along with 82.85* hectares of plantable land, with the balance comprising remnant vegetation and support land. 

• Gently undulating topography with soil types comprising deep sands with small areas of limestone. 

• Modern irrigation infrastructure, with water supplied by a combination of six underground bores, four of which are equipped solar submersible pumps that supply a 26* megalitre storage dam, underpinned by a 4,875* megalitre entitlement which is shared between the two properties. 

• Structures include a workshop, chemical shed, site office, irrigation shed, machinery shed and workers’ accommodation.
