These perfectly designed apartments are a collaboration between Cera Stribley architecture and Vogue Living 2024 Interior Designer of The Year, Fiona Lynch Studio.
 
Introducing Saint David, a boutique block of just 17 large apartments nestled between vibrant Smith and Brunswick Streets in Fitzroy. A selection of two and three bedroom residences have been designed to embrace the energy of the surrounding neighbourhood while offering a tranquil retreat within.
 
A respectfully modern addition to Fitzroy’s architectural narrative, Saint David echoes Fitzroy’s layered history and independent spirit. Boutique in size, it aligns with Fitzroy’s small-scale architecture, where the original décor and personal approach of grocers, galleries, restaurants and record stores reflect a storied past. Celebrating self-expression and creativity, Fitzroy’s inherent diversity and charm resides on leafy streets where magnolia trees bloom and street art illuminates.
