Upstairs is the mezzanine third bedroom, which would also make a great home office, although you may spend the whole day gazing out of the window! 

To the rear, the block extends approx 6m behind the house and then becomes National Park. To the front is a lovely resort-style concrete pool, solar heated to extend your swimming season, as well as a carport and small lawned area. 

Opalia Court is a quiet cul-de-sac yet just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and approx 10-15 mins walk to the ferry terminal or a 2 minute drive.
