The entry sequence begins in a calm, zen hall before arriving into the main living pavilion, with views out to the swimming pool beyond, a true domestic resort.

The kitchen and dining area flows seamlessly out to the covered pool side terrace, while the living space address the front garden, with operable screens providing privacy and solar protection.

Set perpendicular to the living pavilion, a two storey bedroom wing completes the L-shape, that wraps the private garden.
