The station receives an average annual rainfall of 680*mm and benefits from exceptional surface water access, with more than 15 kilometres of permanent double frontage to the Alexandra River, whilst the Leichardt River forms its entire western boundary. The existing 1,600*ML of irrigation licence in place adds potential for future development including complimentary silage or hay production in a central location. 

Supporting infrastructure includes four main sets of steel cattle yards, 24 main paddocks, a well-maintained water system comprising turkey nests, dams, tanks, troughs and pumps.

An established and flood free homestead complex has extensive modern shedding and mains power, and a brand-new residence is due to be completed in July 2025.

Neumayer Valley is strategically located 182*km south-west of Normanton, a very convenient 331*km due north of Cloncurry, and is accessible to both northern export supply chains and high-value southern channel systems or feedlot markets.

Neumayer Valley’s scale, low cost of production operations, complemented by its strong market reputation, make it an ideal acquisition for established operators or new investors seeking a premium northern breeding asset with a premium herd.
