Noetic Place is a collection of 33 large-scale residences thoughtfully crafted for its setting within the quiet suburban heartland of Hampton, and for the people who will live here.

Building on the character of Reunion Place – which was designed and delivered by the same team less than 500 metres away – Noetic Place offers a place to find privacy and tranquillity in homes of considered beauty, from the relaxed elegance of the residences to the beautifully crafted garden library.

The lush gardens of Noetic Place are a natural extension of Hampton’s leafy environment. Each outdoor setting has been designed to complement the building’s architecture with places where residents can enjoy the outdoors, surrounded by plant life and the site’s grand existing trees.
