A welcome new addition to Fitzroy, 25 Smith is designed by Clare Cousins Architects with consideration to how we live and how we impact others. Beautiful spaces that are functional, sustainable and contribute to the neighbourhood they inhabit.

Natural stone, textured timbers and warm colours have been selected throughout the interiors which embody a sense of timelessness and calm, acting as a backdrop to the individuality of daily life. Room to breathe and an abundance of natural light, allow the restrained sophistication of these spaces to shine through, featuring subtly contrasting textures and superb, high-quality finishes.
