•	Significant capital invested across the Portfolio on fencing, and water and operational infrastructure.

•	Strategically located in the Salad Bowl region of south-west Queensland & north-west New South Wales, either along or in proximity to the Mitchell Highway, allowing easy access to livestock markets to the east and south.
