Honouring the home's rich migrant heritage, the design thoughtfully integrates materials like marble and brick, evoking a distinct sense of North Perth's character and identity. The timeless colour palette of the pale bricks, white walls, and marble hues work effortlessly, enhancing the vibrant greens of the garden beyond.

With a big focus on the surrounding landscape, the team ensured the existing mango tree and grape vines were rescued and reinstated into the garden. Enlisting the guidance of Seed Design Studio, extensive waterwise natives were planted to provide a verdant envelope of established greenery. 

The home's energy efficiencies are improved by the addition of double glazed windows, high quality insulation to the roof space and solar panels. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout and overhead ceiling fans to the bedrooms further ensure year round comfort. 

A new kitchen features high quality sustainable appliances by Swiss made Vzug, marble and stainless steel benchtops and great visibility when cooking and entertaining friends and family - the way Annita would have wanted it.   

With four spacious bedrooms, each with built-in robes, this home provides more than enough space for the growing family. The main bedroom, tucked away to the rear of the home, features a modern sliding bay window providing seamless access to the rear courtyard with a pergola and rescued grapevine.
