Boating on Lake Eildon, exploring the nearby State Forests on motorbikes or 4WDs, hitting the slopes of Mt Buller on your skis or snowboard... or just meandering around the delightful (and very friendly) town of Jamieson.  
The covered alfresco area is a great spot to refuel with a bbq dinner and a beverage or two, and the huge backyard has plenty of room for overflow guests to camp or even park a caravan or two. The block is over 1/3 of an acre!  
No matter how many people are staying, there's no need to worry about water with 2 big rainwater tanks and a 2 megalitre licence to pump from the crystal clear Jamieson River.  The grid connected solar system helps keep those pesky power bills at bay too!
