There are some stunning boulders and lots of native birds and animals, plus plenty of deer.

The 13m x 8m fully lined shed has 2 bedrooms,  a basic kitchen and bathroom with the toilet and shower connected to an approved septic system and plenty of room in the living area for a few more beds or swags.  There's a gas hot water system and gas fridge, plus solar panels and battery for power.  The pot belly stove keeps the place nice and warm in winter and there is no shortage of firewood on the property.   There's a 14,500 litre rainwater tank and a spring fed dam with a pump, plus a 2 car garage and separate machinery shed.   

'Polly McQuinns' is less than 10 minutes away and is well worth a visit, especially if you want to cool off on a hot summer's day.  It's the local swimming hole and home to the endangered Trout Cod. 

A selection of lovely country towns are within easy reach, including Yarck, Euroa, Alexandra and Mansfield.  Lake Eildon and Mt Buller are not too far away either.
