There is a double sink if you are inclined to do the dishes by hand, but why would you when the dishwasher is right there? The spacious granite-look bench top has ample room for prepping. The breakfast bar helps the flow of entertaining without interruption. Oh. And did I mention the view from the kitchen sink? You guessed it, water views and Lamb Island. What more could you ask for? Step onto the back deck, and you will be in your alfresco area. The deck is partially protected from the weather with a sturdy rainproof roof and black shadecloth sun shades to pull down when needed. Currently, the lower floor is operating as a BnB and topping up the bank account at $200 per night. This is something to consider if you don't have teenagers and want to run it as an income spinner. Alternatively, leave it as an option for family or guests when they come to visit and experience our beautiful island. Allow me to paint you a picture. There is an internal staircase serving both floors, but it is not utilised for the sake of the BnB. At present, the entry is through the glass door from the back entertainment area. (More about that later.)  A small living area has been set aside with a kitchenette/laundry accessible through a barn sliding door. Again with a view of Lamb Island. It boasts two bedrooms, one with a built-in robe. The bathroom is enormous, with a shower over the bath and a toilet next to the vanity. There is plenty of storage space throughout the lower floor.

Now for the wow factor. A massive eight-person spa is beside the eating area on the back deck. Yes, you heard me. It is huge. The entire back deck is enclosed with mosquito netting for the bightie season. If you think that's enticing...wait for the next bomb. Take a short walk across the deck and open the door to sauna world. Yes. Your very own sauna. This is such a well thought-out experience, what could be missing? Well, you may ask. Behind the sauna in the back pocket of the property is the cutest "natural room" with a fire pit. Imagine taking a sauna, relaxing in the spa and topping it off with a glass (or flaggon) of mulled wine. Invite the neighbours over and have your very own full moon party.
