7.	Demolish the home and do a high-rise mixed use complex with commercial on the ground floor i.e. café and offices and residential apartments above (currently there are no height restrictions although the City of Nedlands recommends 9 stories high (if you chose 9 stories you could build approx. 27 apartments with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

8.	Demolish the home and build just a residential complex (i.e. no café or offices) just residential apartments recommended height up to 9 stories but you could do less to fit with your budget.

*All of the above would require the appropriate approvals however they are ideas of what is currently being done in Nedlands on other development blocks.

Although R-AC1 is the highest density code, you do not have to develop it to its full capacity. You could do what suits your budget!
