If you are capable and up for more than a bit of a challenge, then you need to come an inspect 19 Mooranga Road in beautiful and tightly held waterside suburb of Mirrabooka! 

This poor old home has definitely seen better days and really needs to be demolished, however there are some very clever people out there who may be able to bring her back from the brink.
