To the prospective buyers of 19 Highbridge Rise, Thank you for coming to view our property and considering it as your future home. We have spent the last six years here and can confidently say they've been the best years of our lives. From New Year's Eve fireworks lighting up the sky in six different spots at once, to family gnocchi nights gathered around the island bench, Friday night movie sessions with our candy bar and popcorn, and of course, Sundays spent smoking meats on the balcony from early morning, ready for a full day of Formula 1, UFC, and NRL - this house has given us so many cherished memories. In the later part of our time here, we spent countless hours planning renovations - balconies, terraces, retaining walls - all to accommodate our young son. We loved this location so much. However, we eventually had to accept that this wasn't our forever home. This was a hard call, especially after investing so much into making it perfect for our little family. We fully understand, though, that it will now provide that and so much more for its next owners. Due to financial pressure from our new home, we need to sell this one urgently. In 2019, we walked into a tired, dilapidated blank canvas filled with yellow walls, terracotta tiles, and 15-year-old carpet. Over two years, we poured our heart, soul, and personality into the renovation. As a family with Italian heritage and eclectic taste, the kitchen and entertaining areas were top priorities. Originally, we thought this would be our forever home, so every decision was made with quality in mind - from jackhammering all the old terracotta tiles to laying herringbone tiles, installing SMEG appliances, and Crimsafe screens, and completely reconfiguring the layout. Our Favourite Parts of the Home: It's a four-way tie between the cinema room, the concrete core-filled structure, the breathtaking views, and our kitchen. The View: By far, the best feature of the home. We've witnessed some of the most awe-inspiring displays of nature - thunderstorms, rolling clouds, sunrises - all from our windows. New Year's Eve was always a standout with fireworks lighting up the coastline in 5-7 different locations. The Kitchen: Now that we've moved, this is the space we miss the most. We didn't realise at the time how practical and functional it was - pull-out bins, a spice rack, a pantry with pull-out drawers, a plumbed fridge with ice maker, pull-out dishwasher drawer, gas cooktop with a 900mm SMEG oven, and of course, our 4-metre Caesarstone benchtop. It's been the heart of our family - used for making pasta, bread, and all kinds of dough. The House Itself: Sitting on a quarter-acre (1,007m²), our 366m² home took our breath away the first time we saw it. We were amazed to discover it's completely core-filled with a suspended concrete slab - meaning no termite concerns. Downstairs features a bedroom that we used as a home office and a separate bar and cinema room - the most used space in the house by both us and our extended family. We connected these two areas with a pool table and TV, hosting many fun nights with music on the deck. We also converted the laundry into a third bathroom, offering the potential to turn the office into another bedroom - perfect for a teenager or even dual living with the addition of a kitchenette. The middle level includes two bedrooms, a main bathroom, and one of the largest garages we've ever seen. We used this area for storage and a home gym. The third level is where we entertained our big Italian family around a 12-seater dining table, played with our toddler in the lounge, and enjoyed the comfort of our master bedroom. We'll miss waking up to stunning sunrises. We fully renovated the ensuite with double showers, a separate toilet, and retained the circular bath - a space for both playtime and relaxation. The top level housed our beloved kitchen and two bedrooms for our daughter - one doubling as a walk-in robe, offering her privacy and separation during gatherings. The Exterior: Our next project was going to be the outdoor space - the area with the most potential. We had dreams of adding a top deck, extending the lower deck, and building a flat terrace around the pool. That said, the pool is already a standout - 10 metres long and still offering skyline views. The Neighbours: Truly amazing. We've created a supportive WhatsApp group for safety, security, and the occasional borrowing of milk or sugar. Plus, we have a 6'8" Dagestani MMA fighter on the street, so you'll feel very safe! Additional Features: • 6 internal and external cameras (linked to your mobile - staying with the home) • 6.6kW solar system • Cabinet lighting in bar and cinema room • 6 split-system air conditioners for year-round comfort Inclusions: We are happy to leave all fixtures and fittings, including cabinetry, cinema lounges, sound system, and camera system. We truly hope you love our home enough to imagine your family living here.
