WATER SECURITY & ENJOYMENT 
With 400m of Chichester river bordering the property for you to swim, fish, kayak or simply enjoy relaxing in on those 35 degree days, this property is the perfect summer escape. The river banks are accessible with a walking track, the river has deeper holes, rapids, little pockets & the riverside has beautiful native hibiscus, gums & river oaks. Keep an eye out for the platypus that call this river home.

Drinking water is an abundance with 147,000L spread over 3 tanks. Mains water is available for irrigation, toilets, watering animals & the gardens. An 80,000L rain water tank has catchment from the main residence & cottage with its own pressure pump, 2 filters & UV light. The cabin & cottage are supplied through the catchment off the shed which is a 40,000L & a 27000l tank. They share a pressure pump with 2 filters & UV light. The tanks are all interchanging and can be isolated or give water to another.
 
The owners have also installed a separate filtration system in 2020 which treats the raw water from pipeline or river if needed.
