'Agnew Park Aggregation' offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a well-developed property in the sought-after Fitzroy region. The aggregation comprises of two adjoining titles, one freehold title known as 'Narkunda' (398.4 hectares) and a leasehold title known as 'Agnew Park' (617.5 hectares).

The 'Agnew Park Aggregation' has been developed over the past 12 months as a productive backgrounding and breeding enterprise. The aggregation 
 comprises of two adjoining holdings, Agnew Park and Narkunda. The Vendors have aggregated the two holdings to maximise their footprint within the area.
Approximately 124 hectares* has been recently pulled, stick raked and deep ripped, with seeding to be undertaken in the early new year (pending weather). A silk sorghum/legume mix is located onsite ready for seeding.

Extensive capital works have been undertaken to maximise the carrying capacity of the aggregation. The Vendors have indicated a carrying capacity of approximately 300-350 breeders or 500–550 backgrounders. 

Given the recent capital expenditure works undertaken, this carrying capacity could be increased once the pastures have matured and established.
Established pastures include predominately buffel grass, rhodes grass, bambatsi, creeping blue grass and green panic with the balance comprising of native grasses and legumes. Large sections of the cleared areas on Agnew Park have been improved with contour banks to hold overland flow water as pondage banks.
