From the owners - Our Home on Mt Buninyong:

From the moment you first drive along the 800m winding driveway, through the tree studded paddock and our tennis court, we know you will feel you have found something special.  Nestled on 12 acres, this north-facing 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has been more than just a place to live, it's where we've made memories and truly settled into a wonderful community.

As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a roundabout lined with pear trees and a magnificent willow, setting the tone for what's to come.  From the brick steps inside the gate, you're welcomed by an expansive perennial garden bed leading to the front door.  Upon entering the entrance hall there is a formal sitting and dining room with an open fireplace, following on there is a spacious kitchen that opens onto a sun-soaked north-facing terrace. Beyond the living spaces, our home and expansive garden filled with a silver birch grove, dogwoods, camellias, crab-apple trees, mature pin oak avenue and laurel hedge to name a few have been the backdrop to some truly magical moments.  Listening to blue wrens chittering outside our windows in the morning, catching the sunrise through the elms or above the clouds in the morning, a friend’s magical garden wedding and tending to a garden that thrives in the rich chocolate soil have brought us immense joy.  

Our boys have grown up here, from their first bike rides to mountain biking with friends, playing footy on our oval in the front paddock and enjoying tobogganing when the snow appears on Mt Buninyong. Our paddocks also provide ample space for a pony or two.
