Reliable internet (with the Telstra tower at Elands) and nearby Post Office means you could easily turn a weekend away into a longer stay and work from home.

We seriously have not got a fixed price. The vendor had plans to tidy the grounds up and bring it to market with a splash in the spring. As things have panned out, a window to sell now has opened up.
