“Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside . . .” The old Noel Coward song wasn’t wrong, even if he didn’t have Australian home owners in mind. And, yes, there’s a right- of-way down to the beach from just across the road, plus a nearby boat ramp if you don't wish to launch off the beach. The property backs on to an extensive nature reserve of outstanding conservation interest. For a disabled family member, Clive incorporated a service hoist, capable of carrying  loads of up to 250kg upstairs and down. So it’s a house ideal for anyone with a serious mobility issue. For shopping, cafes, clubs and essential services, Nubeena township is 20 minutes away by car.

The house features a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area downstairs, together with a sewing room or study, separate toilet, 2nd shower and laundry. Upstairs are three generously-sized bedrooms and large bathroom. Then there is a big garage/workshop behind a covered carport, plus two sheds. Regretfully Clive and Pam have decided to move for family reasons, which gives you a rare opportunity to acquire a fully functional holiday or retirement retreat without all  the hassle of having to build one from scratch.
