The City of Moreton Bay (Council) presents an exclusive opportunity for visionary individuals or organisations, seeking a unique opportunity to redevelop and activate this site in a way that will deliver a mutually beneficial outcome.

This site offers a variety of development options to expand and improve the quality of existing services and infrastructure to the community in Kallangur and within the broader Moreton Bay Region.

Council's vision is focused on regeneration of the site to deliver short-term and long-term social, economic and community outcomes.Council has resolved to dispose/sell the land through a two-stage Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Tender (RFT) process.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first stage and aims to identify a shortlist of suitable EOI Tenderers, who will then be invited to participate in the second stage of the process - the Request for Tender Process (RFT).

EOI Tenderers are requested to submit a high-level proposal of no more than 15 pages, outlining the Tenderer's high level concept of the proposed use and plan for the site, that delivers tangible benefits to the local community.

Shortlisted Tenderers will be invited to provide a detailed submission in response to the RFT, which will be evaluated to identify a potentially successful Tenderer to enter into negotiations with Council to establish a contract to develop and acquire the property.

Neither a full design concept nor detailed architectural drawings are required at the EOI stage.

Disposal income of the site will be a current market value as determined by an independent valuation. No financial contribution from Council will be available for the proposed project.
