The architecture is expressed in the rhythmic language of recessed balconies, geometric forms and a hierarchy of arches, particular to Edwardian and Victorian-era homes. 
 
A robust palette of rich, authentic materials, including hand-made German bricks, expressed concrete, timber veneer, dark metal and fluted glass.
