Have you heard the story of the ugly duckling? I think that could be about me! I know I don't look like much now, but I have great bones, and some real potential! Can you help me? 

Located on a large 693sqm block, I have ample room for all of the things, and would love a nice big shed (with council approvals of course).

I use to have a nice big pool in the back yard, but unfortunately that had to be removed, so there is a big blank canvas waiting for my new owners. Maybe you could give me another pool?! There is already a patio that goes across the whole back length of the house and has a really cool Pilbara stone floor. There is a garden shed and remnants of my previous house mate's veggie gardens in the back corner, ready to be revamped. 

Inside I have a loungeroom as soon as you walk in the front door, with split system air conditioning and a feature exposed brick wall, that divides the loungeroom from the kitchen and dining area. 

Also off the loungeroom is a hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.  My 3 bedrooms are really generously sized and all have built in robes, ceiling fans and fairly new split system air conditioning units. 

Not too long ago I had a nice renovation done on my bathroom, toilet and laundry, which was really well done. The laundry has a huge linen cupboard, overhead storage cupboards, bench space and a big trough with under bench cupboards. The bathroom has a nice bath for relaxing, single vanity and shower recess. The toilet is separate and is in between the laundry and bathroom. It is all in modern neutral colours for the paint and tiling.

I will admit, my kitchen is looking a bit tired, especially in comparison to the laundry and bathroom, but I have heard there are plenty of handy people in town that could give me one of those fancy new kitchens! 

If it is not too much to ask, I would also love some new flooring, new window coverings, some fresh paint and maybe some downlights to brighten me up. I think it would really help turn this ugly duckling into a beautiful swan!

I am getting a bit lonely, so I am available now, with vacant possession at settlement.
