From the moment we first stepped onto this property, we knew we had found something truly special. It wasn't just the generous flat land and private space - or the peaceful, tree-lined street in the tightly held suburb of Broadbeach Waters, it was the potential and the warmth we felt and the desire to turn it into something truly special. The calm, sun-drenched atmosphere that instantly felt like home.

We saw an incredible opportunity to renovate and create something uniquely ours - and that's exactly what we did, with care and no compromises. Every detail was chosen not for resale, but for longevity and love, because we believed we'd be here for many years. We fully renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, using high-quality materials we truly loved: oak timber flooring throughout, stunning polar ice marble benchtops in the kitchen, a marble splashback, and a desert silver marble vanity in the bathroom (which, if we could take with us, we probably would!). The tiles are imported Italian - both floor and wall - and every surface, fitting, and fixture was chosen with quality and longevity in mind. We updated the electrical, restored the roof, added new doors, new windows, and designed a landscaped garden to reflect the peaceful, natural surroundings. There's even a solar electric gate and a Ring camera security system for added ease and peace of mind.

Our favourite space in the home has to be the lounge room. The soaring raked ceilings and open-plan design make it feel incredibly spacious and filled with natural light. 

Beyond the interiors, the lifestyle here is equally rewarding. We've loved relaxing or entertaining in the oversized, north-facing private courtyard and fenced backyard - a perfect place to unwind, host friends around the fire pit, or enjoy the company of our wonderful neighbours. There's also ample room for a pool if that's in your future plans.

We've truly loved our time here - the daily walks to the nearby lake, the proximity to the beach, and the peaceful yet central location. You're walking distance to St Vincent's Primary School and Surfers Paradise Golf Club, and only minutes from Pacific Fair, the Star Casino, Q Super Centre, and the world-class Broadbeach beaches. This is a well-built, secure home in a premium neighbourhood surrounded by multi-million dollar waterfront properties.

There's so much of us in this place - but more than anything, we hope you feel the same connection to it that we did. We've poured our blood, sweat, and tears into every inch, and now we're so excited for someone else to make their own memories here.
