Parking is possible for 4 Eur / Day in the nearby Park&Ride Ottakring. The only thing is that you have to consider can not make noise after 22h and that Partys are strictly forbidden. Also the Terrace can NOT be used after 22h So you get here a great Rooftop Terrace Suite for a fraction of the costs of a Hotel room - quite a good Deal!
