The building will be located on 15th Street between 47th and 48th Streets in the city of La Plata.It will be a high-end building, consisting of 9 levels with mixed-use functional units (studios, offices, and apartments) organized in two blocks (front and rear, respectively) connected by the circulation core.The ground floor will contain the entrance hall, a commercial space, and two levels of parking.The building will be constructed with a reinforced concrete structure. The interior partitions and exterior walls will be made of hollow ceramic bricks, finished with plaster.The exterior carpentry will be black aluminum or black PVC with Aluar profiles or similar, with double-glazed windows and thermal break technology. The bedrooms will include a floor-to-ceiling closet made of melamine veneer.The kitchen cabinets under and above the counter will be made of melamine, according to the design.A gas stove and built-in electric oven will be provided.The countertop will be granite, and the countertop cladding will be tiled, ceramic, or porcelain, according to the design.
